PR nightmare!

Pros

Unlimited PTO, Lifestyle account, 401K, BCBS health insurance, FSA/HSA, Macbook’s GSuite.

Cons

While PTO is unlimited you likely will not be encouraged to use it and will have to explain why you are taking time off. You are not given an opportunity to fail or grow. Leadership can be clickish. Your ideas will not be supported.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. As a growing and fast-moving organization, we know there are things we can do better. Creating and encouraging a fair life-work balance for our employees is a priority for Everly Health. In 2022, we are hiring extensively to grow and scale our business - giving us more teammates to support our growth and enable our teammates to have a better work/life balance. We also strive to provide a positive workplace that allows employees the opportunity to grow, develop and learn from mistakes. We recognize that consistent feedback and support from leadership is key to providing this type of culture. At Everly we use feedback opportunities such as regular performance discussions, peer feedback surveys, employee engagement surveys, and DEI surveys all twice per year, and exit interviews to regularly gather feedback on areas where we can continue to improve. Thank you again for taking time to provide feedback.

Pros

For the most part, people are very nice and willing to work with you. Pay is reasonable and the benefits are nice. The company mission really means something, and it’s easy to get behind.

Cons

Encountering lots of growing pains. There are big egos within upper management that can make it difficult to get your job done. Some level of micromanagement, and not a great work + life balance.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. As a growing and fast-moving organization, we know there are things we can do better. Micro-management is not tolerated as part of our company culture. However, we do recognize that some managers need to be directly involved in day-to-day work, while other managers can allow greater autonomy. The level of management engagement varies greatly depending on the needs of each team. We believe in empowering our Everlys, which is reflected in our core competencies. Creating and encouraging a fair life-work balance for our employees is a priority for Everly Health. In 2022, we are hiring extensively to grow and scale our business - giving us more teammates to support our growth and enable our teammates to have a better work/life balance. Everly Health surveys its employees twice per year and provides regular opportunities for employees to submit feedback to organizational leaders. Our CEO, Executive Team, and leaders within our People team all review the feedback received, and partner with organizational leaders to create action plans for areas of improvement. The experience you describe is not where we desire to be; we will continue acting upon the regular feedback that we receive from past and present employees to continuously improve. Thank you again for your feedback and helping us understand areas we can continue to improve.

Pros

Once in a lifetime chance to work with a leader like Julia. She is brilliant, strategic, and brings out the best in her team. The work Everly Health is doing is important, and the mission reverberates across the company. I also appreciate the team was very supportive and gave me a mental health break after a miscarriage.

Cons

Like any fast growing startup, it can be confusing to navigate processes / hierarchies.
