Stable (they don't fire people), decent benefits, some great people to work with, most folks work a strict 40 hour week

Cons

Lack of upper level commitment to change, limited consequences for disrespectful behavior, male dominant leadership with limiting perspective, cross department collaboration is disfuntional.

Management is an absolute joke. Seriously dated infrastructure, technology , applications and methods. Major revamping needed in this organization.Employees are mostly depressed and overloaded as a result of the poor management and being short on staff. Higher management totally neglects all the issues.
