Good employees get burnt out. Nothing burns out a good employee faster than watching a bad employee be tolerated. NO PROMOTIONS! So no room to grow

Good pay and a lot of career path options.

Cons

There are a lot of open positions and knowledge gaps within the company which means more work for everyone else. There isn’t much flexibility for some and the Covid return to work policy is very unfair, which has led to low morale in the office. People with identical job titles have totally different work schedules and expectations.

Stable company, decent benefits though constantly being reduced

Cons

Boring work. No opportunity for growth. Management goes through the motions of seeking employee input but doesn't act on the suggestions. Employees become hesitant to offer suggestions as they are labeled as not being team players.
