      A company that takes care of its upper executives.

      Pros

      Decent insurance plans, comfortable work areas.

      Cons

      Not enough help, upper management treats others below them poorly and with disrespect. Very little help in moving up the ladder. Wages and merit increases capped according to the average pay for your particular job title, no matter what other work you do. Bonuses for hourly employees is extremely low with no discussion of why or how much you feel you should get.

      Company culture sucks. Its hard to grow in the company without internal connections(old boys club)

      Decent place to work, Management needs help

      Pros

      The benefits here are great for the most part, and you cant beat the work/life balance on normal work days.

      Cons

      Storm duty drags on forever. Lots of unions in the industry. No clear communication between mgmt and employees.
