Pros

Pay but you will lose your mind

Cons

Management is 100% negative and treat everyone horrible. They favor some and pick apart everyone else no matter what. The man in charge of the call center is power hungry and loves to write up and fire people for anything and everything. You can never do enough to please this company. Everyone literally everyone is so unhappy here. People are scared of losing their jobs everyday.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback – it is important to us! And I’m truly sorry that your experience wasn’t what you hoped it would be. With that, please know that Eversource fosters a culture of providing an exceptional customer experience, employee recognition and engagement all while driving constant performance improvement. We have a performance-based culture and more than 90% of our Customer Service Representatives work remotely while maintaining or exceeding productivity standards that allow them to do so. There are also many positive things about being a CSR at Eversource. We offer our employees the opportunity to take their breaks at a time of their choosing with minimal exceptions, which is completely unheard of in a Contact Center. This is critical because it gives our valued employees flexibility not found in other front line customer service positions. In addition, we hold quarterly engagement days with our CSRs, run “spinning for prizes” and model call award programs to recognize the excellent work of our colleagues, all while offering a total compensation package that provides award winning benefits and competitive pay.
