      Pros

      Work environment is supportive of my career growth and senior management encourages employees to take advantage of opportunities within the Company. Recently adapted to COVID-19 and implemented a flexible work schedule which was a big win amongst the employee base. Every day you go into work you feel as though your work is valued.

      Cons

      Storm duty could impact your personal life or schedule. At the same time you build comradery with your peers and you feel apart of the solution to get the lights back on even if you are in a management (non operations) role.
