      Pros

      Great place to work, family atmosphere, everyone takes care of each other. Great benefits and retirement plan, with a renewed focus on diversity. Eversource even paid for my Masters at Bentley University. It's also challenging, mentally rewarding, and with Energy Efficiency, Renewables, EVs, Off-Shore Wind Farms, it is also cutting edge. I have been here over 25 years and every few years I throw my resume out there only to realize what a great environment and a great place to work.

      Cons

      Eversource is an investor owned utility with oversight by the various utility commissions in the states we serve. This can be slightly restrictive in being a first to market with new ideas and with the assumption of risk.
