Pros

Eversource is a great place to work. I'm in the Energy Efficiency department and find it very rewarding to help customers become more energy efficient, save money and help reduce their carbon footprint. All leading to a more stable grid which helps us all.

Cons

No real cons at this time.

Pros

Being a part of a power company that is focused on having the best energy efficiency programs in the country. Good work/life balance. Organization has a room for growth with a majority of employees closer to retirement.

Cons

Large organization, which may not be as nimble. Responsible for keeping power on all the time, so all hands on deck when there are outages to restore power to our customers even if it is not your primary role.
