Pros
Eversource provides its employees the opportunity to perform meaningful work at competitive pay. Even though it's a big company, most positions within the company remain closely connected to the overall mission of providing reliable energy service to millions of customers. Many employees have been with the Company or its predecessors for most of their careers and have a tremendous amount of knowledge to share. For people that care about their work, Eversource is an engaging and rewarding place to work.
Cons
Ambitious employees may need to be more patient for advancement opportunities than they would at other Companies given low levels of turnover. Fortunately, opportunity and compensation at all levels are competitive.
