Upper management is not equipped to handle positions because they were placed in job based on seniority not competence. Continuous restructuring gave me a new boss every 12 months in my nine years working there. Also diversity and inclusion quotas also requires those with better skills and knowledge to take a back seat when it comes time for promotions. Also every time a storm hits all management acts like they have no idea what to do. Messaging and communication to customers has been the same issue for my 9 years I worked there.
