Pros

Better than average salaries. Decent cafeteria.

Cons

Company has gone downhill since merger with NSTAR a few years back. Salaried workers can be forced to work over 100 hours / week without a penny of overtime pay. Sick pay has been reduced by 67%. Multiple rounds of layoffs are crushing employee morale. Vacation time has been reduced for longtime employees. Bonus pay rules now allow the company to screw the employee out of their bonuses altogether. New company president made $80,000,000 in his first two years. Yet employees are paying for it in reduced pay and benefits and job security.
