Pros

Benefits are very good as far as insurance goes. Many of the departments are strong teams, others, not so much.

Cons

Management seems not to value non-represented employees. Recent years (since NU and NSTAR merger) has seen a large chasm develop between benefits for union and non-union employees, including reductions in sick and vacation time and holidays. Also, management has become very legacy NSTAR centered. Little to no value placed on work practices of legacy NU employees.
