Work/life balance, great pay, great benefits. Management seems supportive and people in my group seem mostly happy.

Cons

Changing the hybrid policy to 3x a week in office

Pros

Working remote, pay and pto were decent.

Cons

Everyone hates Eversource so the customers will crucify you, other reps will just hang up on difficult customers forcing them to call back and then you’re stuck with that call while those reps don’t get reprimanded because the company is so short staffed to begin with they can’t afford to lose anyone, the managers and supervisors barely help you. It’s well known that upper management in all departments at this company don’t work much. They make the bottom-level staff do all the dirty work.
