      The jobs pay well for the most part

      Cons

      Really bad leadership. Executive leadership is out of touch. Working EVERY STORM that rolls through the area FOR FREE gets old too.

      Good benefits, stable industry, people ok

      Cons

      Too much storm work and that is outside of normal hours, you get called anytime, and you have to report to site/office, they cancel vacations as well, no work life balance and too much uncertaintity of work hours.

      I'm sorry that you have not had a good experience working ERP. We all have to jump into different roles to support restoration activities and get our customer's power back on quickly.
