      Colleagues are amazing, management is ok.

      Cons

      Zero communication between departments. Customers are constant calling and complaining about the lack of service and response for I’m eversource.

      Flexible work hours and hybrid work from home Competitive pay

      Cons

      Little to no opportunity for growth once you reach a senior contributor position. Quality of hires is very low. Countless unqualified/underqualified employees at all levels. Company and HR talk a good game but their actions are to the contrary. Day to day standard is to work hard, not smart. Woke, strong left, company culture.
