Pros

Ok pay, good benefits and good coworkers

Cons

No career path, no rotational leadership programs, outsourced HR, no mentoring. Customer Service is a terrible job where you are abused and have no recourse. It's difficult on your mental state and your health. Once in the role you are stuck there forever with no way out.

Pros

Steady work hours and pay. Great people in the company that will help without hesitation.

Cons

Many changes happening at the moment. Hiring contractors in mass to replace employees, and cutting benefits and overtime to save on costs. General disregard for employee satisfaction, and work environment.

Pros

The employees a,ads this company great. Many employees spent their lifetime here and did great work.

Cons

The CEO and executives are only concerned about Wallstreet - not the employees. Make sure to check out reviews for Northeast Utilities and NStar to see more reviews - they just re-branded to "Eversource"
