Pros

Fast pace environment with opportunities for promotion. Good benefits, including an outstanding retirement plan.

Cons

High turn over, specially for a utility company. Environment does not foster personal and professional growth.

Pros

The company really cares about it's employees. We have great benefits- good choices for medical plans, really strong retirement package, generous paid time off and lots of other things. It's a fast paced, dynamic environment where you get to take ownership for what you do. There is a very clear vision and strategy so you are doing productive work. But at the end of the day, it's my boss and the people I work with that I like the best!

Cons

Hard to say, nothing quickly comes to mind. If I had to say, it would be better technology to be able to do our jobs more efficiently.

The work is challenging and can be fast paced.

Cons

It is required to work a storm assignment. Though they are sometimes few and far between, it can be fun but challenging work.
