3 days in office for collaboration. Two mandated days and 3rd day the office is a ghost town. Go to office to be on Teams Calls.

I've heard a lot about terrible hiring experiences among my friends in some other companies but my hiring experience at Eversource has been an amazing experience. From the interview stage, to the final onboarding, it has been a totally wonderful and employee-centric process. Thank God!
