      It's all about JD Power

      Pros

      Depending on the weather you might get out on time.

      Cons

      The management in the customer service department is among the worse. Since we had the vote to unionize the office they have gotten a lot worse, or at least more transparent in their distain for their workers. Because the union was voted in they have targeted pro-union people for retaliation and try to get them to quit. They have cut the overtime and everything takes a back seat unless it has a impact on the JD Power ranking. Also if management doesn't like you they will blacklist you and prohibit you from moving within the company. They punish you by keeping you in the customer service department and can or will invent ways to fire you.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, great peers to work with. The atmosphere is improving which makes it a more fun place to e.

      Cons

      No flexibility with time off, sick time is very limited. It is hard to have any work life balance due to having to work during all winter storms.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Very capable field workforce.

      Cons

      About as high up as I can reach on the Corporate ladder, I find disgruntled employees. The upper level mgmt in the company has turned into just a bunch of bean counters. They evaluate "false" data as far as productivity and efficiency of the field workforce. We work hard and do our best to provide our customers with great service. Please, please just get out of our way so we can do our jobs.
