Pros

Still good pay and benefits

Cons

Benefits not as good. Management works all storms for free and this can be hundreds of hours a year.

Pros

Job security Health benefits Retirement benefits

Cons

Pay is not monitored or reviewed based on current times. People are hired into positions making far more than what current employees in the same position make. Work life balance is reserved for hourly employees only. If you are salary you are not allowed the same flexibility. Example of this is requiring salary employees to be in office several times per week while hourly work from home full time. So if you are a manager, you have to be in office while everyone who works for you is home. It doesn’t make sense.

Sorry to hear you are not having a positive experience. I do want to share that compensation and benefits are reviewed annually so we are competitive with market pay. Please reach out to HR to discuss in more detail.

Pros

New office tech, spacious cubicles, base pay, colleagues are cool people

Cons

HR unwilling to negotiate or work with candidates/employees, benefits are few and uncompetitive, upper management has a reputation for being cutthroat.
