Harassment , poor management. I was hired to drive culture Change. Realized that the person that didn’t want the change was my manager. You will be called to meetings for process improvement, if they like it, you will be asked to do draft. Depending on the effort they will ask you to expand. Every time, you need to surrender files. At the end they will say thanks, now this person or group will continue. Few months after they will claim that the idea, the work, etc, was from that entity. A lot of great ideas, but no support. Some initiatives get zero support.

Work life balance was not great.
