Pros

Hard to find the pro’s in this company. If you’re looking for a career in finance please stay away!

Cons

No career growth and the company has no care in the world for NWI branches. Treated unfairly as we continue to work harder for less pay. Benefits have gone down hill and working with little to no staff. Some employees are left with no lunches due to no lunch coverage. Burn out and exhaustion at its finest. Head of retail is never seen in any branches. Lack of support and no employee appreciation. We get frowned upon for speaking up. Incentives went down and while benefits have completely gone up in cost. Pay is not competitive.

Medical benefits are ok, less expensive than average.

Cons

Political, cliques abound, stressful, treat employees differently based on who likes you or dislikes you. Expect you to work all the time if salaried.
