Pros

Working with the people pay was decent benefits were decent very diverse

Cons

management near the end of my employment was awful, absolutely terrible and nothing was done about it until it was too late and everyone abandoned ship. This was the best job I ever had for the first 7 years of employment there. I'm saddened by it's decline. Leadership starts at the top and it failed at the top.

Pros

The members of the credit union. The locations are somewhat convenient.

Cons

Lack of training, management is just there to fill a seat. They don't perform, provide adequate feedback, assist in career growth, help their team. Management at the branch level is almost completely invisible. They over promise and under deliver. The bonus is horrible and you can make much more at a credible financial institution. If you don't fit in with their lazy "go with the flow" style and try to be a top achiever, you will be exiled and hated by your peers.

Pros

Prior to the name change, benefits certainly stood out from other companies with benefit contributions towards insurance, PTO grew as years accumulated with company and used freely without fear of recourse if "over used", HSA or FSA contributions annually for employees and more. All of which these were either regulated or just stripped away to compete with "local companies doing the same".

Cons

Massive benefit cuts to all who dedicated their lives here as now their benefits were no different than someone new hired only part time. But, because of years working being grandfathered into salary, paid less than new people or even interns. Departments understaffed, over worked, and no compensation other than little pay on back for over time taking away from their personal families and lives. And despite how much they claim to encourage employees getting help, if you make a mistake of trusting HR with such information, you will be reprimanded. Even the insurance benefits have been directed to be reactive rather than proactive to help anyone such as beneficiaries if someone passes and maternal leave. But getting time off or help prior to becoming ill? If your child has complications and needs more medical care so you need flexibility to take them to appointments? No. Instant reaction only and any dedication for staying here so longmeans nothing other than locked into lesser pay than anyone else.
