So much opportunity for learning and growing. Lots of internal promotions. Love the collaboration between teams. Fantastic compensation and benefits. It's fast moving so I'm never bored. I really appreciate the direct communication style. It leaves little room for guessing.

Cons

It is fast moving, maybe too fast for some. It's a startup so you can expect a little chaos here and there.

Pros

Competitive salaries and benefits. Open & dynamic team culture, great product, passionate leadership. There are incredible people on this team, with lots of opportunities to build, learn, and be creative.

Cons

Messy in the way a lot of fast-moving startups are. Not a ton of foundational systems or structures in place, information gets lost, and it can feel like everyone is pulling in different directions. Better suited for people who like a high level of self-reliance.
