Plenty of opportunities to learn new things. Young people in the company which makes it more comfortable to work. Can work in many things if interested, not to be in a single team throughout. Help,knowledge transfers happens constantly. A great place to start your career and structure your career path with help of the higher official in this company. Though it is startup in culture, it is a very healthy company in many ways. Good food, good people makes it a second home.

Cons

Can make it more structured in every process.Little of team outings needed to create a strong bond within the teams.Some time gets hectic . Need little space for personal life also
