There are fewer restrictions on how to do your work. But if you need everyone will tell you how to make a thing better. There are lots of things to learn as everyone around you is also learning and sharing. The crowd is young and energetic and they are using most of the latest technologies. In addition to learning, you also get good food, gym and some Yoga classes for free.

Cons

Work sometimes might get hectic but things are getting in shape as the company is growing up. So you might get less time for yourself but you'll be learning a lot.

Pros

I started working at Evive Health 6 months back,and it has been a really good experience. We work on the latest technologies and there is lot of oppurtunity to grow in the company. It is a good working environment with like-minded peers, and is still a young company with lot of potential. Everyone is helpful and teaching and I have learnt a lot over the course of 6 months. We have book clubs every week where we interact with each other and share our knowledge on various topics. Timings is flexible and food,snacks etc is provided by the company itself(Food is very good :D)

Great opportunity and Lots to learn. Play with different technology (Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch, Java8 etc). Friendly environment. Teamwork makes the dream work. Good food good mood :) Play hard work hard.

Cons

If your attitude is not good then it's not the place.
