1. Cutting edge and latest versions of technologies used (Java 8, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis) 2. Co-workers are all good friends, if not like family 3. Opportunities and responsibilities given to inexperienced people too 4. Emphasis on learning 5. Located in Koramangala All in all, you learn and grow very fast here. This is the best place to start your career.

Cons

You are not allowed to stay in your comfort zone, you will be encouraged to get out of it and learn even more.

- Working on famous technologies like spring, cassandra and many more, which I am sure no college professor teach you. - Very supportive, helpful and smart team - No formals - Chilled and easy atmosphere - People behave like friends not like employees - Breakfast, lunch, evening breakfast - If you like to play table tennis, then surely you enjoy playing here - Everyday cricket after lunch - Can play games on XBox, Kinect - Book club sessions

- You have to learn and work really hard to meet company standard - You need to grasp and grab things really fast
