Pros

flexible work hours and hybrid model. Karan (VP) is very in tune and compassionate towards the individual needs of each engineer resources. clear career path defined since day 1, every meeting with your manager will focus on what you need to do to get to your next promotion -- that's amazing! smart people to work with, you'll constantly be learning new things!

Cons

hard to say, maybe for those who arent looking for a fast paced start up.

This is a company where every employee is able to communicate directly across titles and make an impact immediately. Everyone on the team is highly motivated and intelligent. Great place to learn, teach, and contribute.

Cons

At the moment, I'm still relatively new to the company. No downsides I can see as of yet.
