Pros

There are a full range of great healthcare related projects out of the New York office. It is a fast paced working environment so you need to put in the extra effort to keep up but there is support as long as you communicate to leadership, Most are willing to help and teach. Seeing women effectively operate in leadership roles has personally been inspiring to me and brings a great energy to the office.

Cons

On the technical side, it would be nice to see a more established standard for drawings. There is information there and they do provide a lot of Revit training but it was hard to gauge sometimes when drawings varied across the company.
