Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you found EwingCole to be well resourced, organized, and supported by strong teams. To clarify, our summer hours program was in place this year, and our three-days-in-office/two-days-remote hybrid policy remains unchanged. There were no announcements suggesting otherwise. While we understand that informal conversations can sometimes create uncertainty, we strive to communicate policy decisions clearly and directly to avoid confusion. Regarding staffing changes, we recognize that layoffs are difficult for everyone. These decisions are never taken lightly, and when they are necessary, we make every effort to handle them with care and respect. We value the contributions of our employees, past and present, and remain committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment across all our offices.
