Pros

* Incredible amount of agency and trust given to all employees * CEO and CTO listen and are available to everyone in the company * Old-school growth model (i.e. have a real product and grow as client base expands) means the company answers to itself and its clients instead of investors. This gives us freedom to make choices that we feel are best and can be proud of.

Cons

Everyone wears many hats so sometimes handling large projects can be stressful. Honestly I expect this is just a normal growing pain as the team recruits new members.

Pros

Liberal atmosphere that allows employees a good amount of freedom on how they'd like to tackle each day's responsibilities. Every day feels quite rewarding. Each employee feels like a good friend.

Cons

When you first start here this liberal atmosphere can feel very daunting because there is a lot to learn and you never quite feel like you've learned enough
