Pros

I have nothing positive to say about my time with this company. I met some lovely people.. .met some real not nice people too...

Cons

Everything, after 2008 I never saw a raise of any kind, in fact my pay was cut!! Bonus/Commission structure for sales is a joke, management only cares about themselves and their own hineys. If you leave on any sort of medical leave and come back (unless you are management) be prepared to be forced out within a year of coming back.

Pros

You can make some money to cover most of your bills, but you probably will not be able to afford living in the same city as your office. There are some really great people who work here, but sadly that only makes the tragedy of Excelligence that much more stinging.

Cons

A private equity firm plaything, there is no accountability on site for any decision made. Ethical breaches abound, management is completely lacking in leadership ability. This company is all about maximizing quarterly profits to beef up bonuses for the pirates seeking to flip the corporation for a profit. A relic of the small company that used to care about its employees remains only in that you are expected to take every round of bad news in stride. Excelligence is not real. It's a ghost ship of the 2008 financial crisis. Maximize quarterly profits at all costs, and damn the employees and the customers alike. This company really is hell, unless you work in product development, which is a really cool department led by a competent professional.

Pros

Ummmm. Flexible work schedule and nice co workers

Cons

Can honestly say that this is both the worst and most unprofessional company that I have ever worked for. Illegal HR practices and procedures.... If you want to work at a job selling pencils, while being treated by upper management and customers as if you are solving world hunger, then, this is the dream job for you!!!! Overbearing, micromanaging AND condescending and inept upper management. Order processing, technical and logistic systems that remind one of 1975. Seriously, their network was down for one week!!!! Underpaid coworkers who have not received pay raises for over 8 years. You are a cog in the wheel and this is a joke of a company owned by a private equity firm. But hey, our Christmas bonus in 2013 was a congealed batch of cookies stored in a plastic bag.
