Steady paycheck with basic benefits.

Cons

Wage stagnation exemplified. Owned by a series of investment banking firms that are more interested in profit and growth than keeping happy employees. Enormous amount of manual procedures needed to accomplish tasks because of lack of technology.

run by private equity who omly cares about sucking $$out of the co.. I heard they gave some reps a pitiful raise after 8 yrs.No opportunity for advancement
