      Very challenging and rewarding career with a lot of training every year. Plenty of choices and chances to move within.

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits, 401k, constant training. Incentives for ideas, performing well, travel re-reimbursement, employee discounts on many items outside of the company.

      Cons

      Some job positions require 24x7 support which sometimes will impact after hours activities. This is not necessarily a Con, but something that all employees and potential employees should be aware of.

      Lots of changes because my company just merged with them.

      Pros

      There is some job security.

      Cons

      Not much. But with the merger, we are expected to make changes in a very short period of time even though the speed of change may run counter to the progress of the organization experiencing the change.
