Pros

Pay was very generous, O.T. always available.

Cons

As stated above, seems diversity has taken prominence over anything else. To meet goals advancement is given to those that help make quotas over the most qualified for the position. Also a major disconnect between field employees and “leadership” ( I use the term “leadership” loosely as real leaders lead by example). It’s a lead through intimidation culture with supervision feeling as they’re the parent and those under them are the children.

Pros

Pays well, benifits are avg. Discount on exelon Stock. If you want money they pay big for SRO positions (with bonus 170-200k per year)

Cons

They demand that their employees to support the company. They want work done, it will happen at the cost of your family, friends, life style. They will change your work-life to only benifit their business model. No doubt that is one of the main reason most of the site has been through a divorce(Or many). They have the reputation in the industry of being the evil empire.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, it is deeply unfortunate that you had this experience. Our leaders are specifically trained to coach and support their employees in their day to day performance and professional development. While our industry and work can be very demanding at times we want to ensure all of our employees have a career that are fulfilling both personally and professionally. On occasion long hours may be a necessity, but our policies and culture are oriented to support balance for our employees. We appreciate everything you do for our customers and our business if you would like to provide additional details so we can look into these concerns please feel free to reach out to us at CorporateTalentAcquisition@exeloncorp.com.

Pros

Very accepting of the LGBTQ community Invests in new technology

Cons

Throws tons of money away on worthless software packages that everyone knew would be a money pit Spends billions buying another energy company and building a new building in Baltimore and then says they are too broke to give you a proper raise Worst HR department I have ever experienced in my life uninformed and unprofessional They act like they are the only game in town, but I have two interviews later this month with other Fortune 100 companies
