Pros

Benefits are excellent. Individual employees are talented. Flexible work schedule. Lots of opportunities for development if you want to take advantage of them.

Cons

Some manager are allowed to continue to work at Exelon Generation, even after numerous people have left the company because of them. Many managers are just bullies who use their authority and position to boost their self-esteem.

Too many meetings

Pros

Very competitive work environment. The company hires very smart people and continues to challenge them which allows for a great learning environment.

Cons

Manager level and above spend at least 75%of their work day in meetings. Meetings are held to discuss what to discuss in the next meeting and another meeting is held to debrief what was discussed in the last meeting. It takes a long time to get anything done due to the excessive amount of time spent in meetings and the lack of empowerment of employees.
