Cons

Old school mentality on occupying office space Out of touch CEO Benefits were better and have declined within last few years The further you progress the less work life balance you have. There is an unspoken expectation to work long hours and sometimes into weekends due to short staffing and the expectations that we do more with less.

If there was 0 stars, thats what I would give it. This company decided to fire me while I was out of power during hurricane Ian. Not only that, I let my manager know when it happened and they still proceeded to fire me.

If you are looking for a stifling environment that pushing leftist ideals, this is the place for you. Virtue signaling abounds and means more than accomplishments.

Cons

Very leftist organization and don't you dare disagree. They preach tolerance but not if you don't support their ideals. They pride themselves on showing you the exit door if you question or push back (actual message from the CIO). Management is more interested in color and gender than talent. Exelon can be the poster child for Diversity Delusion and doesn't reward merit. Sadly this once was an ok place in term of salary if you can ignore the leftwing propaganda but Exelon chooses to ignore inflation and real life salaries. Expect low pay.
