Although they preach diversity and inclusion, the company's ideals only include those who are willing to follow what the higher level managers want. This means that they pick and choose who they want based on how you act towards their ideals. This will ultimately keep the upper management culture the same which will prevent growth in different ideals in the future. Company chooses politics over employees. With a lack in personnel, work is still expected to be done, and the reason of "lack of manpower" is not allowed to be used. The company's pay increases less than inflation every year which means other companies that start out less will ultimately make more in the long run. Benefits have been decreasing for management overtime. Company only cares about stakeholders.

Extremely toxic workplace. New employees are hazed by peers and management through constant barrage of insults and degrading comments. A large part of the culture revolves around "when the cat is away, the mice play." Sexist workplace where females get an automatic pass on mistakes, automatic promotions, while males constantly get put down. Favoritism is rampant. It's a good ol' boy's club. Rumors are spread about everybody. Everyone backstabs everyone to get ahead.
