Pros

Pros would be salary, benefits, and a reliable place of employment. The company is very established and provides many great benefits.

Cons

Since the company revolves around nuclear, it is very safety conscious and is many basic tasks are procedural driven and mundane.

Pros

Compensation is great, especially for an entry level employee. Opportunities to move laterally across the company is welcome and encouraged. Vacation time/PTO is above industry standards with available carry over time. A diverse and inclusive community overall.

Cons

Work/life balance can be difficult for most of the senior level managers and a majority of the members on the team. (This is especially not fun with no overtime)
