Pros

good benefits and its a paycheck that's about all I can say

Cons

salary adjustments are never done and zero consideration for ungodly amount of hours worked We are talking hundreds of hours here no 5- 10 hours a week I've worked the equivalent of two and a half weeks in one week. We are non union so they take advantage. up to $40000 difference in salary for two people doing the same job. Clueless and indifferent leadership. Company believes engineers can do any job in the company.
