      Pros

      Large company with a lot of opportunity for personal and professional growth. It is a results oriented company that demands accountability and accuracy. It is diverse and puts a lot of effort into strengthening and communicating its values - hate has no home here. Employee resource groups are valued, encouraged, and promoted. With a large footprint there are plenty of opportunities to move around.

      If you are focused on a single department or single location you will find it difficult to advance.
