      Large Company with deep org charts (rather than flat) leading to disconnects between management and employees.

      Pros

      Out in the field, active quite a bit, great salary and benefits, lucky to have a good shift.

      Cons

      Union vs management stuff I am not a fan of, probably prefer to be non-union but cons to both. Crazy amount of oversight gets super old very quick. A lot of bloat within the company, for nuclear to work money wise we need to get rid of some of the non-essential folks. Wont be able to retire here because of age of the plant.
