Excellent working environment with leaders that believe I their subordinates. Great pay and schedule flexibility are also a huge plus!

Cons

I couldn't really find many bad things to say about this company. Management is adequate at worst, and positive attitudes are emphasized.

Pros

Good pay and bonus. Benefits are pretty good and great way to learn about he energy industry. The office environment is friendly.

Cons

In houston, career opportunities are limited for finance and accounting professionals. If you want to move up, you have to move to Baltimore or Chicago
