Pros

Great Company to work for, 80% of the managers are good people and easy to work with. Salaries are good. And work is very interesting.

Cons

Work/Life balance needs some work. You spend way to much off hours on call out duties.

Very hierarchical & poor learning program for new hires / younger employees

Pros

Working for exelon nuclear has allowed me to make a very good living while maintains a decent quality of life. I enjoy my job.

Cons

High stress environment . My job is to deliver world class outages on time and under budget
