      Pros

      Chance to build something new and do some work. Not many policies and procedures, we got to build them as we went.

      Cons

      Lazy managers tend to stifle progress and push out hard workers. Lots of politics between low and mid level managers. Executive management looks at Blackstone funding as a reason to spend money without regard for budgeting and company health.

      If u are apart of a fraternity (TCU) then you have a job

      Cons

      If you don't brown nose then you are an outsider. On the other hand if you look like Dylan from 90210 you can say you went to TCU EVEN THOUGHT YOU HAVE NOT

      Pros

      - The bonuses every two weeks from performance if you do well - My team! they were always helpful and very sweet - opportunity to move up every 6 months! they will work with you if you want to shadow someone from another department and have dedicated paid hours devoted to your training!

      Cons

      - occasional system wide issues that would interrupt the day - first week on the floor is rough until you memorize the main questions you need/codes and how to handle customers.
