Exiger Diligence's management is disconnected and condescending. The other review was right when it talked about the chief revenue officer coming in to brag about how nice the New York team had it before telling us that we were just here to be a source of cheap labor. What a slap in the face. And it's not just him. The president of Exiger Diligence talks down to us when we have concerns and still happens to think anyone who isn't white is a foreigner. And don't even think about having a proper conversation with him without him reading his emails or texting. The executives are simply not interested in helping their employees, and it shows. Many people here think that there's no real route to career development at Exiger Diligence because we're just here as cheap report writing labor and the company expects us to burn out and quit. Management's treatment of its employees has done nothing to dispel this perception.
