Pros

- Interesting work - No two days are the same - Growing company - A lot of potential for the upcoming year - Benefits - Health insurance is covered 50%, dental & vision insurance is available, PTO & 401K - Diverse team - Work with coworkers with different backgrounds, nationalities and cultures - Management recognize hard work and loyalty - Convenient location - You don't need to drive downtown

Cons

- Daily tasks vary greatly - if you're someone who likes to punch a clock and do the same thing every day, this is not the place for you - 401K is not yet matched by employer. (There are plans to match it in the future)

No work life balance at all, no sick days, takes 6 weeks to earn one day of PTO, micromanagement

We're sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your employment. When you were hired, it was made clear that Response Coordinators (RCs) work shifts - including weekends and holidays. Our Global Response Center is staffed and operational 24/7/365. RCs work 40 hours per week, unless extraordinary events require overtime - for which they are paid time and a half. RCs accrue 4 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) during each two-week pay period. Unpaid leave is also available. Work-life balance is primarily the employee's responsibility - we can only assist; however, our policies reflect our desire to promote a healthy work-life balance for our employees.
