Pros

Being at Expel for several years has allowed me to experience various periods of change in the company, whether it be my immediate managers or general leadership. Despite some initial concerns that those changes could affect my team or myself negatively though, our management and the company retains the same mission and values that translates to a great work environment with individuals that care for each other and their continued success. Internal career progression is encouraged, and the knowledge an analyst is able to obtain here is exponential with the amount of exposure that is provided.

Cons

Some growing pains that come with a fast-moving startup; however, there's a big community mindset within the operation teams to continue to support each other.

Strong company culture enough to weather most storms

Pros

There is a very intentional focus on the quality of life for the humans doing the work at this company. Leadership is transparent and compassionate.

Cons

It's a small growing company with a lot changing. However, since the beginning, there has been a ton of work put into making Expel a good place to work. Even when things get stressful, I feel grateful to have this environment to work in.

Due to shift rotation you have to work either Saturday or Sunday
