Pros

-Expel is a leader in a huge market which means there's a high ceiling for career growth -The benefits and comp are top tier -Lots of smart, ambitious, and all around good people across the company

Cons

-Extremely competitive market means the company must adapt quickly, which leads to a lot of rapid change as processes develop and evolve

Culture and strategy not what it once was

Pros

Coworkers on my team and most people I worked with day to day were friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated. Great work life balance and benefits.

Cons

The culture has taken a dive. For example, the CFO told employees who felt disheartened about layoffs to "rub some dirt in it" and get over the layoffs less than a week after the announcement. Leadership's vision for the company wasn't clearly executed on and led to flip-flopping on decisions.

Pros

Great product, great attitudes, great pay. On the spectrum of workplaces, it veers strongly in the positive direction.

Cons

Changes and growing pains are creating some friction in specific areas. So your mileage may vary depending on the department which you work. For some positions, it's a fantastic place to work. For other positions, it may be more of a challenge.
