Noble Mission Performed by Exceptional People

Pros

- Protecting customers against an abundance of cyber threat actors. Supporting a mission that makes a difference, and working with world-class operators. - Working with like-minded people who genuinely care for one another. - Maintaining the creativity and passion of a startup culture even though it's now a more mature organization. - Company leadership that genuinely "gets it". They are the real deal, and lead by example. - Solving new, complex problems on a daily basis. - Exceptionally supportive of US military Reserve/Guard service obligations.

Cons

My various roles here have always been challenging and demanding. Innovation and growth can be hard at times, and work-life balance takes intentional focus. But, when I reach a point when I really need some time to reset, Expel has always been both encouraging and supportive.
